Parker Spas Warranty for hot tubs and spas

PARKER SPAS warrants the fiber glass spa shell structure against water loss due to defects in materials and workmanship for twelve years from the date of purchase.

PARKER SPAS warrants the interior surface of the spa against blisters, craxks or delaminations due to defects in materials and workmanship for a period of seven years from the date of purchase.

PARKER SPAS warrants the equipment (including pumps, blower, heater and the control system) and the plumbing components (including jets, air injectors, air controls, glued fittings and plumbing) to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase. Light bulbs and filter cartridges are Not included, but are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship at the time of delivery to the original purchaser. PARKER SPAS warrants the exterior cabinet finish and headrest to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. Optional features covered by original manufacturer warranty.

Parker Spas Warranty covers such components as:

10 years on the shell of the spa/ hot tub

5 years on the surface of the spa/hot tub

2 years on the pumps/motors

2 years on the equipment pack

1 year labor throughout the spa/hot tub

 

EXTENT OF WARRANTY

The limited Warranty applies to all Vision Hot Tubs' spas manufactured by PARKER SPAS and sold by authorized dealers. This Limited Warranty applies to the first retail purchaser and terminates upon transfer of ownership. Commercial applications are excluded from all warranty coverage. The Limited Warranty does not provide coverage for the insulated cover or any item attached to, or installed on the spa after the date of manufacture.

WARRANTY PERFORMANCE

In the event of a defect covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty, notify your authorized PARKER SPAS dealer. Use all reasonable means to protect the spa from further damage. a PARKER SPA representative willl repair the spa subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Limited warranty. Within the warranty terms, there will be no charge for parts or labor to repair the defect, although you may assessed reasonable travel charges for the service call. if PARKER SPAS determines that repairs are not feasible, we reserve the right to provide a replacement spa in lieu of repair. PARKER SPAS will replace with a spa of value equal to the original purchase. In the event, reasonable costs for removal of the defective spa and delivery and installatio of the replacement spa will be the responsibility of the owner. PARKER SPAS reserves the right to an on-site inspection by its authorized service representative.

EXCLUSIONS

The limited Warranty is void if the VISION SPA has been subjected to freeze damage or damage caused by improper water chemistry. This Limted Warranty is void if the VISION Spa has been subject to alterations, neglect, misuse or abuse; if any repairs have been attempted by anyone other than PARKER SPAS authorized service representative; or if the failureis caused by accident, acts of God, or other causes beyond the control of PARKER SPAS. Alterations includeplumbing changes, electrical conversion, or additions of alternative sanitation or heating systems that contribute to component or unit failure. neglect, misuse and abuse includes any installation, operation or maintenance of the spa other than that oulined in the Owners Manual or use for which the spa is not designed. Specifically, damage caused by operation of the sa at water temperature outside of range of 34 degrees F and 107 degrees F, damage caused dirty, clogged or calcified filter cartridges, damage to the spa surface caused by improper use of chemicals, allowing undissolved spa sanitizing chemicals to contact the surface, allowing undissolved spa sanitizing chemicals to contact the surface, damage caused by improper use of checmicals to contact the surface, damage caused by improper pH balance or other improper water chemistry. Damages caused by failure to provide even and sufficient support for the spa, are considered abuses and mau void this Limited Warranty.

 

DISCLAIMERS

PARKER SPAS or any of its authorized agents shall not be held liable for injury or loss of use of your spa or other incidental or consequential costs, expenses or damage, which may include but are not limited to the removal of a permanent deck or other custom fixture. In no event shall PARKER SPAS, be liable for any reason or cause, in excess of the amount paid for the product. No other warranties, expressed or implied are valid. No agent, dealer, distrbutor, service company, or other party is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of this Limited Warranty in any manner whatsover. Some states do not allow the exclusions or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. LEGAL RIGHT: This Limited Warranty gives specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that may vary from state to state.
